I don’t accept insurance, but you may be able to use your insurance benefits or your HSA/FSA anyway. Many insurance plans will reimburse in full or in part when you go to an out-of-network provider, but not all insurance plans cover psychological assessment.

In those cases, you would still pay me directly for services. I can then provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company or HSA/FSA for reimbursement.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
Is psychological assessment covered?
Are services only covered for specific mental health diagnoses?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
What information do I need to include when submitting for reimbursement?
